Lifestyle Change



      

         In celebrating the Nutrition Month, schools do a lot of activities. Slogan making, Poster making, Nutri-Jingle Competition and essay writing this are the activities being held during Nutrition Month.

         During this activity they prioritize the nutrition that every person should have and should be doing. It is important for our fitness. Eat the right foods for our bodies and exercise regularly. In eating a well-balanced diet can make and help us get the right calories and nutrients that we need to fuel our bodies for our daily activities and regular exercise. We should not eat unhealthy foods instead we should eat and know how important are the healthy foods. The importance of eating breakfast means break the fasting that you had for 8 hours because you had a fasting while you are sleeping. So you should eat a lot of healthy breakfast, a heavy breakfast because it is your first meal of the day. For you to have a lot of strength during workout and other activities throughout the day. Not eating breakfast can leave feeling lightheaded or can make you feel weak during the entire day. In eating the right foods, we should boost ourselves to eat fruits and vegetables that has a lot of vitamins and nutrients because those are the ones that our body needs to function well and properly and get away from sickness. We should balance our lifestyle and be active and have the right balance of vitamins and nutrients to help in fueling our exercise routine. We should be active in physical activity like exercise regularly for at least 30 minutes a day. Exercising can improve our health and reduce the risk of having such illness.

         Nutrition Month promotes a healthy eating and right exercise habits. It has a lot contribution to our overall health. It changes people by eating healthy foods and in that case our lifestyle will have a big change in our lives.

Last Reflection

                  REALIZATION                      4th Quarter isn’t that easy and I expected that. There are so many things to complete and pass before exams in order for us to graduate in junior high.    I encountered a lot of challenges but then I remained calm so that I won’t be stressed out. It’s hard to manage or balance my time for my studies, family and friends but I always think and believe that I can do this. I will do everything to complete all my requirements so that after passing all of those I will start hanging out with my family and friends.                        I learned a lot this last quarter and all of the lessons I learnt I will use this for me to be successful someday.  I will always remember all the memories during my junior high years.
