          In this current generation of youths, dreams are not as hard as that to achieve, unlike before. Dreams used to come up with plans of boosting one’s self to make those dream come true.  But that was just before, in this generation, most youth either lacks of dreams  or lacks of plan.           One of the culture of Filipinos are the festivals being celebrated in every town.  And this is the biggest secular festival is the Vigan Town Fiesta. It is a celebration wherein it consists of carnivals, parades, musical extravaganzas, beauty contests and nightly cultural shows. It is celebrated every 25th of January with the celebration of the conversion of St Paul the Apostle, the town’s patron saint.It is commemorated in the northernmost part of the Philippines in Ilocos region.            The said festival gathers a lot of tourists who come to see the presentations of Bigueños that they do. What I learned this quarter in ICT is on how to make a website in front page. Overall, There are so many struggles this quarter, so many things to do and we’re running out of time because of that.  This quarter is very busy quarter, an innovative one. But there is one thing that I realized and learned, to be active every single time so that I can to a lot of things. And in order to    do all the things is to believing that you can do it, believe in your capabilities that you can make it all happen in good way and in beautiful ways. Just work better and harder. 2019 is a year of many lessons and many changes. So 2019, I’m thankful for all the lessons. It’s been a though year but then I learned a lot about myself and I’m really grateful for that. This 2020 I want to breathe. I will think of solutions for me to lessen up the problems I have.
